LoanMarq is a revolutionary mortgage landmark interface developed and created by Sthenia Solutions. The application allows everyone in the mortgage process to be involved and know what’s going on. Lenders, borrowers, title companies, appraisers and more all have a place to login and check the status of their loan. Text messages and emails are sent out as notifications. Files can be uploaded, and users can be managed. And that’s really just the beginning. It’s a very in-depth and well thought out system.

Sthenia hired us for some kick awesome user interface design and layout, and we brought it in spades. Not only did we design, we coded all the HTML and CSS, implemented most of the Javascript and spent hours and hours integrating all of it with their immaculate Rails code as they finished up development. Rather than post up screenshots here I think what we’ve done can best be explained by video of the interface in action. The first is the dashboard. Check it out:
